Are you thinking about selling Lake Ozark real estate this year? If you are, then you should take comfort in knowing that real estate in the Lake Ozark area did really well this winter. In fact, winter saw the higher than average home sale prices.
Average home sale prices have been steadily improving over the last three years. This is evident once you take a look at the data collected from Lake Ozark area homes that were sold this winter compared to those sold in the winters of the last three years. The average sold price of lakefront lots sold this winter was $170,688. This is a huge leap from the average price of $109,100 last year and $63,729 from the year before that. The sale of non-lakefront land has also done quite well. While there were only 22 total sales last year, that number increased to 32 this year.
